Abstract

Spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) is common and important cause of new-onset daily persistent headache. Cervicothoracic junction and thoracic spine are the major sites of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage and multiple simultaneous CSF leaks are occasionally demonstrated. However diffuse CSF leakage has not been reported. We report a case of SIH with diffuse CSF leakage from cervical to lumbar spine, which was demonstrated in CT-myelography.
